Shipping policy

Orders are generally sent into production within 2 days after receipt of payment. It generally take 10 days to produce orders . 

Orders are shipped via Colissimo/Chronopost or dropped off at a Relais Pickup near you with a tracking number and delivered without signature (nearly 5000 Relais Pickup served).
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
